Rachael Burns is Vice President, Engagement Manager at Cejka Executive Search, a nationally recognized health care executive and physician search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
As Vice President, Engagement Manager, Rachael is responsible for management of the client search process. Experienced in all elements of successful health care recruitment, she is the catalyst for the development and execution of a well-designed candidate acquisition plan. Based on a deep understanding of client needs and a clear focus on the steps that must be taken to achieve a successful hire, Rachael works closely with our senior consultants to deliver a slate of highly-qualified professionals for interview. Her strong critical thinking, communication and client management skills contribute to successful, long-term internal and external client relationships. In addition, Rachael provides leadership to our team of Associate and Research Consultants.
Prior to joining Cejka Executive Search, Rachael held sales and recruitment leadership roles within industry leading staffing and service firms. During that time, she developed relationships with C-level management and candidates to successfully build executive teams. Rachael has been recognized by key client organizations for her expertise, integrity and commitment.
Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Rachael is recognized by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) as a Certified Research Associate (CRA) and maintains the status of Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) through AIRS, an ADP Company.
